Since Microblading has been introduced we have seen an emergence of newer, bolder and more sophisticated eyebrow enhancement techniques. Microblading has provided us with a semi permanant solution that fits the criteria that so many of us long for. Hair problems are the worst, you won’t know what you have to do until you try something and research it and finding the right solution can take weeks, months or even years.

We all need professional help when it comes to unsolved problems. That is why we have dermatologists, doctors, cosmetologists and many other professionals who can help us fix our conditions. However, some of us don’t know they have problems with their skin. They don’t know where they get it, what it is and rarely but surely, some of them don’t even know this kind of skin condition exists within them.

You may be considering one of the following types of microblading treatments. There are certain scenarios where Microblading can produce a result that gives you a better quality of life and boosts your confidence. However, no one treatment is perfect and you should understand the pro’s and cons to each. There are three main body parts which can be microbladed. Beard, Eyebrows and Hairline.

There are different types microblading procedures. They all try to give the best semi permanent hair enhancement. Microblading is the act or replicating individual hairs in a semi permanent cosmetic procedure.

Here are the different types of Microblading that you should know:

Eyebrow Microblading

It is a cosmetic procedure that involves using a semi-permanent tattoo method to give a natural and precisely shaped eyebrow. Unlike Eyebrow Tattoo, this is not permanent and you have options whether you want to continue with the touch-ups to maintain the look or not. A qualified Esthetician manually uses a hand-held tool with tiny needles at the end to create the shape of a small blade. Most people get anxious when they hear the word ‘blade’, thinking it’s very dangerous but providing you are using a qualified, insured and highly reviewed esthetician you will be in safe hands.

When applied, the client has to undergo a specific healing process that their micrblading esthetician told them to follow for a couple of weeks. Your end results depend heavily on your aftercare routine so please follow the instructions provided to you. This will ensure you receive the best end result.

Eyebrow Microblading is the most common procedure Microblading has to offer it ranges $700 to $1000 per procedure, it still depends on the esthetician you booked with and prices can vary. Here you can read more about the Microblading prices.

Hairline Microblading

Other than Eyebrow Microblading being popular, there is a different kind of therapy that people with scalp or hairline problems often acquire. People who have skin conditions that affect their hair and are not satisfied with their hairline look for artists they can trust to have their problems fixed.  It ranges from $700 to $2000 depending on how much work there is to be done and how much experience your artist has. But, it doesn’t matter how much it costs. If insecurities get the best of you even if it’s expensive this procedure can change your life.

The Hairline Microblading procedure takes quite some time. Depending on the amount of work being done it can be anywhere from a couple of hours to multiple sessions. Patience is really important and of course, microblading doesn’t last forever that is why annual touch-ups are important to get the long lasting results you want.

Beard Microblading

If we have hairline and eyebrow microblading, we also have Beard Microblading. It is obviously for men who have patches they want to cover up and if they don’t have any beard at all. It is an innovative procedure for men and will certainly help men who don’t have the capability to grow their own beard or stubble. It is also suitable for camouflaging scars and hiding it away from plain sight.

Some men tend to think that having men’s hair like beards and chest hairs make them more of a man and that’s why most men who think like this get a microbladed beard. But how much does it cost them? The therapy starts at $200 to $600 depending on the style of beard they want to have. There are 2 types of Beard Microblading. First is the Longer Beard Microblading and second is the Stubble Beard Microblading. The difference between the two is what style of beard they do.

This lasts up to 2 years, although it depends on how well you handle it in the healing process and if you’re attending touch-ups like your artist told you.

It’s not invasive as it looks like, yes it can be but it depends on how you treat it. I’ve said a lot about ‘depends on this’, ‘depends on that’, it’s the wholesome truth! How great the outcome is, is how well you are obeying aftercare routines.

The prices may vary depending on what service you will take, location, your artist’s experience if he or she is a famous microblader or not and how much work it is yet to be done. Patience is both a key and a virtue, always follow what your artist told you to do. Ignorance isn’t a part of the healing process. Consult your doctor or artist if anything happens.
